1. 7-Day Size & Style Exchange

We want you to love what you wear. If the size doesn't fit comfortably, notify us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your item. You can exchange it for an alternative size or another style from our showroom.

2. Condition of Items

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all brand tags and packaging intact.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

Simply message us on WhatsApp with your Reference ID (e.g. RM-20261002-XXXX) and a photo of the item. Our team will guide you through in-store exchange or reverse courier pickup.
